Tickets Tickets / Knowledgebase: By visiting, you can send us a ticket. One of our support agents will respond to your request within two (2) business days (typically less than twenty-four (24) hours). You will receive an email with any updates to your ticket. You must use a valid e-mail address! The knowledgebase is also included in the Service Desk and contains instructions on solving common issues, as well as M Koch - Computer Services' (and K & B Consulting's) policies.
